Spent 1 night in a guest room with balcony and limited view. Room had free toiletries, a flat-screen TV, and a tea/coffee maker. The staff was super friendly, and the spa facilities were top-notch. Located near DFW Airport, it’s convenient. Dining at the steakhouse was a highlight. food was excellent and service was great!

Suitably underwhelming

The check-in was smooth, very professional front desk staff, and the room's bed? Absolutely fantastic. It was among the very few things that felt even close to a high-end experience, the comfort was real nice.

But for what I paid, it's hard to ignore the fact that it didn’t feel like a luxury stay.

I enjoyed relaxing by the pool and appreciated the service from Murad at the bar, who made the experience memorable. The area had a welcoming atmosphere. I felt like I could unwind after busy days, which was nice for someone who values tranquility as a single traveler.

The dining options could have been broader. I also found that some facilities were often crowded during peak hours.

I appreciated how the staff went out of their way to assist me and my friend during our unexpected stay due to a blizzard. The food was fantastic, especially the steakhouse options, which exceeded our expectations despite the hotel being under renovation. The location was convenient and close to several parks and attractions, making it enjoyable to explore the area. However, I found the television options lacking, and the towels didn't meet the quality I anticipated from such an upscale place.

The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas offered beautiful and spacious accommodations, making it easy for seniors to move around. I especially appreciated the lovely lobby decor and comfortable seating areas, which created a welcoming environment throughout the hotel.

Super helpful staff!

Stayed one night with a friend during a snowstorm. The staff seriously went out of their way to help us out when we got stranded. Food from the steakhouse was top-notch! One downside was the restaurant service wasn't great, but we enjoyed the in-room breakfast, which was a lifesaver.

During my stay, I loved how close I was to beautiful parks like Victoria Park, just a short walk away, and enjoyed delicious meals at nearby spots like OUTLAW Taproom, which was right next to the hotel. the combination of nature and food easily made my weekend a fantastic escape where I felt immersed in the local culture despite the hotel being in a more commercial area.
